Jake and Steve worked in a successful family commercial construction business for almost a decade, but they had a goal to work together in real estate doing what they love, and wanted to share that passion with others. Early on, beginning to develop the company and carving their niche in the big world of real estate, they quickly realized that there was a distinct need for certain real estate services they originally did not foresee.
